Did You Know: 74,530 deaths in Metro Manila in 2015

According to the Philippine Statistics Authority, of the 74,530 reported deaths in Metro Manila in 2015, 42,603 were male and 31,927 were female.

The region also recorded 190 maternal deaths. This was 11 percent of the 1,721 maternal deaths nationwide. —Marielle Medina
