Pagasa: Slow-moving Tropical Storm Lan remains outside PH

Tropical Storm Lan  remains outside the Philippine area of responsibility, according to the 4 p.m. weather update of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration.  Meanwhile, a low pressure area is seen 115 kilometers west-northwest of Coron, Palawan.
