Hazing suspect Ralph Trangia arrives in PH

One of the suspects in the death of University of Santo Tomas (UST) freshman law student Horacio Castillo III is now in the country.

Ralph Trangia, a member of the Aegis Juris fraternity, arrived at 11:44 a.m. on Tuesday at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport terminal 1, together with his mother, Rosemarie.

They were onboard EVA Air flight BR271 from Taiwan which landed at the airport at around 11:40 a.m.

The investigation by the Manila Police District (MPD) showed that the car used to send Castillo to the hospital was registered under the name of Trangia’s father. /je
