Cops nab top drug pusher in Lucena City

LUCENA CITY – A top level drug personality in this city was arrested in Tayabas City in Quezon province Friday morning, police said.

Senior Supt. Rhoderick Armamento, Quezon police director, said suspect Adrian Solina, 38, ranked number 10 in the police drug-watch list in Lucena City, was cornered during a buy-bust operation conducted at around 10 a.m. in Barangay (village) Mayuwi.

Solina yielded 21 plastic sachets of “shabu” (methampethamine hydrochloride) weighing 7.8 grams worth P14,430 in the street market, according to police.

Operatives also seized from the suspect a motorcycle, which Solano purportedly use in his illegal drug-peddling activities.                /kga
