ITCZ to bring rain to Mindanao — Pagasa

/ 07:53 AM September 27, 2017

The ITCZ, the area where winds from the northern and southern hemispheres meet, is a potential breeding ground of low pressure areas (LPAs).

An LPA being tracked by Pagasa has left the Philippine area of responsibility, weather forecaster Gener Quitlong said.
