Vendor killed in Talisay
A 25-YEAR-OLD ginseng vendor was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in barangay Lawaan III, Talisay City yesterday midnight.
Isagani Vasquez Ravino died on the spot with a gunshot wound in the head.
Initial investigation revealed that the victim and another vendor bought softdrinks from a store near their rented house.

They were walking home when Ravino was shot.

The victim was rushed to the Talisay City District Hospital where attending physicians declared him dead.
