It’s a fair weather Friday.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) declared a generally fair weather in most parts of the country, even as it also expected isolated rain showers over Metro Manila during the day.
In its latest weather bulletin, PAGASA said a ridge of high pressure area is affecting Luzon, which is mostly associated with fair weather.
The state weather bureau also said that Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, PAGASA expected coastal waters to be slight to moderate in all parts of the country. KGA
