DID YOU KNOW: Metro Manila has most new HIV case

Based on the latest data from the Department of Health, Metro Manila posted the highest number of new human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) cases in June among all regions.

Of the 1,013 new HIV cases nationwide, 36 percent or 360 cases were from the National Capital Region.

In second place was Region 4A with 17 percent or 173 cases reported in the same month. —Marielle Medina
