DID YOU KNOW: NCR had 52,872 road accidents in 6 months

According to the latest Road Crash Statistics Report of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority’s Metro Manila Accident Recording and Analysis System, there were 52,872 road accidents in the National Capital Region from January to June. Of this figure, 214 were fatal; 7,670 resulted in nonfatal injuries while 44,988 resulted in damage to property. —Marielle Medina
