Japanese unscathed after car goes wayward in Cavite road mishap

CARMONA, Cavite—Heavy traffic was experienced along Governor’s Drive in Carmona town, Cavite after a car swerved and overshot on the side of the road around noon Saturday.

The driver was identified as Daisuke Shibakusa, 42, a Japanese national, resident of Barangay Lantic, Carmona.

Chief Inspector Jonathan Asnan, Carmona police chief, said the driver lost control of the car causing it to tilt and fall on its side in Barangay Mabuhay around 12 noon. He said Shibakusa was unhurt.
