2 drug suspects killed by Ecija cops
TALAVERA, Nueva Ecija — A suspected drug peddler and his companion were killed in a firefight with policemen in Barangay (village) Pag-asa here on Monday afternoon.
Edmond Dacir, 35, fired his revolver at undercover policemen when he fled towards a motorcycle driven by Abel Erica, 36.
Dacir allegedly sold a sachet of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) to a policeman.

The police officers fired back and fatally shot the two men.
Probers recovered the revolver and four sachets of shabu. JE
