3-yr-old girl doing homework wounded in Isabela town gun attack

FATHER HURT, TOO, BY LONE GUNMAN

CITY OF CAUAYAN – A man and his three-year-old daughter were wounded in a gun attack at their home in San Mateo town on Thursday night.

An armed man broke into the house of Regan Yuson Padua in Barangay (village) 4 and opened fire, hitting Padua in the abdomen. A stray shot struck the buttocks of his daughter Crisha.

Padua was watching television, while his daughter was completing an assignment given by her preparatory school, before they were assaulted.

The suspect had been identified, but his identity had been kept confidential pending his arrest.

The victims’ relatives said Padua had a disagreement with the suspect. Villamor Visaya Jr.
