No tsunami threat after 6.3-magnitude quake, says Phivolcs
No tsunami warning was issued by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), following the 6.3 magnitude earthquake in Nasugbu, Batangas on Friday afternoon.

“No destructive tsunami threat exists based on available data,” it said.

The quake, which had a depth of 160 kilometers, was felt in Metro Manila and several parts of Luzon.
