Customs Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon needs to rest until Monday, even as he is set to be released from hospital on Thursday after complaining of chest pains.

Faeldon’s physician relayed this information to House of Representatives Sergeant-at-Arms Ronald Detabali, who was tasked by the ways and means committee to visit the Customs chief in hospital.

Three House doctors joined Detabali during the visit to Manila East Medical Center in Taytay, Rizal, at 10 a.m. on Thursday.
