Magnitude 4.4 quake jolts Davao Occidental

A magnitude 4.4 earthquake hit east of Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental at 3:37 p.m. on Sunday.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said in its bulletin issued at 3:50 p.m. that no damage and aftershocks are expected following the quake.
The quake was tectonic in origin with a 131 km depth of focus. JE
