LOOK: Flooding in Metro Manila

Heavy rainshowers caused by the southwest monsoon or habagat flooded parts of Metro Manila Thursday morning.

The state weather bureau Pagasa, in its 4:00 a.m forecast, said Luzon as well as Metro Manila, Visayas, and Northern Mindanao will experience light to moderate raind and thunderstorms. CBB
