The Department of Justice (DOJ) has made public a copy of the complaint filed by the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) last July 5 against suspected drug lord Peter Lim, Kerwin Espinosa, and several others.
Lim and other respondents are facing a case for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
