/ 08:25 AM July 24, 2017

Due to expected rallies on President Rodrigo Duterte’s second State of the Nation Address (Sona), the Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit (MDTEU) announced possible road closures and re-routing of vehicles.

The MDTEU said roads facing possible closure were Chino Roces Bridge in Mendiola and the stretch of Roxas Boulevard (north and southbound lanes) from Kalaw Avenue to Pedro Gil Street.

MDTEU advised that all heavy vehicles (trucks and trailers) coming from Bonifacio Drive going south on Roxas Blvd. should turn left to P. Burgos Avenue to point of destination. While trucks and trailers coming from Pasay going north on Roxas Blvd. should turn right to Pres. Quirino Avenue to the northern truck route to point of destination.
