ITCZ to bring rains to most parts of the country

An intertropical convergence zone will continue to dump rains in most parts of the country, the state weather bureau said Tuesday afternoon.

The ITCZ is affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

Visayas, Bicol region, Mimaropa, Zamboanga Peninsula, ARMM, Soccsksargen and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with rainshowers or thunderstorms. FM/JE
