The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) arrested on Sunday night a vendor who allegedly shot and wounded a security guard using the victim’s gun.

Charges of robbery and frustrated homicide were later filed against Anthony Alcorin, 27, after he shot Adiong Imam beside the guardhouse at Regency Town Homes on Boni Serrano Avenue in Cubao, Quezon City.

A report to Chief Supt. Guillermo Eleazar, QCPD director, said that around 7:30 p.m. Sunday, the suspect entered the guardhouse and fled with the victim’s service firearm, a .38-caliber revolver.
