Businessman nabbed for murder in Caloocan City
BATANGAS CITY – A businessman was arrested by agents of the Crime Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Batangas in Caloocan City Monday morning.
Chief Inspector Zyrus Serrano, Batangas CIDG provincial officer, said Raymund Lardizabal, 31, a businessman and native of Balibago in Pola town, Oriental Mindoro province, was arrested in Maypajo Village 30 by lawmen armed with an arrest warrant at 7:20 a.m.
Serrano said Lardizabal was arrested for the murder of one Ramilito Garcia sometime in 2005. The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Winston Baldos of Regional Trial Court Branch 41, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro on February 19, 2008 with no bail recommended.
Lardizabal ranks number 4 on the most wanted persons list of Pola police. JE/rga
