Parts of Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms on Saturday, the state weather bureau said.
These areas were Caraga, Davao and Eastern Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
A low pressure area (LPA) was spotted 985 kilometers east northeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar, while an intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) is affecting Mindanao.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, Pagasa said. FM/IDL
