Parts of Mindanao will experience cloudy skies and light to moderate rains on Friday, the state weather bureau said.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said an Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) was affecting Mindanao.
Pagasa said CARAGA, Northern Mindanao, Zamboanga Peninsula, Central and Western Visayas would experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms.
The bureau said Metro Manila and the rest of the country would have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate, it said.
