Arrested QC drug pusher says buyers paid him with guns

/ 12:09 AM June 25, 2017

A Quezon City resident was arrested after the police found three M203 grenades, three improvised shotguns, a 9-mm pistol, several rounds of ammunition and drug paraphernalia in his home on Friday.

Under interrogation, Juddel Deloviar, 38, Barangay Holy Spirit, said he acquired those weapons as payment for the drugs he sold to buyers who had no ready cash and nothing else to pawn.

The police obtained a search warrant from Judge Cecilyn Burgos-Villavert of Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 89 after receiving a complaint about Deloviar showing off his guns whenever drunk at his home on Jasmine Street.

He did not resist arrest but was caught throwing the drug paraphernalia out the window when he saw the approaching police team through a camera he installed outside his house. —Nikka Valenzuela
