Clouds, isolated rain forecast all over on Tuesday

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain or thunderstorms on Tuesday.

A ridge of a high pressure is affecting Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the southwest to south will prevail over the western section of Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough.

Tropical storm Merbok, meanwhile, continued to move away from the country.
