Police release sketch of Ali Peek gunman

MANILA, Philippines — Mandaluyong police on Tuesday released a description of the suspect in the shooting of Talk ‘N Text player Ali Peek Monday night.

Peek was shot by a lone suspect described by a witness to be around 5’5″ to 5’6″ tall, aged 32 to 36 years, of dark complexion and medium build, said Police Officer 2 Donald Banes.

Banes said that the witness also recalled that the gunman wore a light green shirt and khaki shorts.

The suspect shot Peek in the nape while the basketball player was fixing things inside his car at the parking area of the RFM gym.

He had just finished his workout at the gym when the incident occurred.

Peek sought help from passersby and was rushed to Medical City in Pasig.
