LIMAY, Bataan — Two suspected drug pushers were killed when they shot at arresting police men in a Thursday night (May 18) drug operation in secluded Barangay Duale here.
As of this writing, the identities of the suspects have not been released, except one of them went by the name “Rey,” according to a police report.
They had been under surveillance for alleged drug activities in Orion town in Bataan province.
The suspects allegedly drew out guns and attacked undercover police officers at a vacant lot.
Seized from the two were four sachets of shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride), two .38-caliber revolvers, two cellular telephones, P2,729.50, and two motorcycles. –Greg Refraccion /atm
