Boy collared for snatching

A 17-YEAR-OLD boy was arrested after a snatching incident in downtown Cebu City yesterday.

The boy said he was forced to steal since he was in need of money for his sick brother.  Jeneth Morillo was aboard a jeepney when someone grabbed a plastic bag she was carrying. The bag contained a newly bought cell phone. The woman chased the boy that drew attention from pedestrians, who helped collar the boy./CORRESPONDENT RHEA RUTH V. ROSELL
