Suspected gun for hire killed by cops in Pangasinan

DAGUPAN CITY — A suspected member of a gun-for-hire group was killed in a shootout with policemen on Tuesday morning (April 11) along the Manila North Road traversing Nancayasan village in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan province.

Senior Supt. Oliver Lee, Pangasinan police director, said Udang Reyes was declared dead on arrival at the Urdaneta District Hospital, while his companion, Eric Serain, was arrested during the police operation.


The two suspects were believed part of the Pong Reyes and Geovannie gun for hire group, Lee said.  SFM
