4 bodies recovered from Zambo City boat explosion

ZAMBOANGA CITY – Authorities said four bodies were fished out Tuesday from the waters off a private wharf here following Monday night’s boat explosion.

The crew of a motorized banca were loading fuel at the Baliwasan Seaside here around 8 p.m. when the explosion occurred, Supt. Ariel Huesca of the police’s Station 11 said.

Four persons were also wounded while four others remained missing, Huesca said.  SFM/rga
