ZAMBOANGA CITY – Four persons were hurt in a motorized boat explosion at a private wharf here shortly after 8 p.m. Monday.
Supt. Ariel Huesca of the Police Station 11 said the blast triggered a fire, and four boat passengers suffered burns.
The incident happened at the Baliwasan Seaside here.
Police said the explosion happened while a crew was loading fuel.
