Did you know: Women with Disabilities Day

The last Monday of March was declared Women with Disabilities Day by virtue of Proclamation No. 744 signed on Dec. 6, 2004 by then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. The National Council on Disability Affairs spearheads the celebration.  —Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
