Big Chill defeat RnW Pacific Pipes

BIG CHILL BREEZED through to an easy win as they blasted the RnW Pacific Pipes, 70-48 in the PBA D-League Aspirants’ Cup at the Trinity University of Asia gym.

Raffy Reyes and Thomas Tan took charge of the offense in the third quarter to set the tone of the rout that propelled the Superchargers to their second straight win in as many games.

Reyes led all scorers with 17 points. He had 11 in the third quarter and Tan added seven as the Superchargers outscored the Steelers, 26-12, in the period for a comfortable 56-33 lead going into the

fourth quarter.

Cebuana Lhuillier also got its game going in the third period to repulse an upset-conscious DUB Unlimited, 85-72, and joined Big Chill and Blackwater on top of the leader board. Correspondent Jonas Panerio
