3 hurt as truck rams into house in Laguna

SAN PEDRO CITY, Laguna — An elf truck loaded with construction sand rammed into a house leaving three people hurt in this city on Tuesday morning.

Supt. Harold Depositar, this city’s police chief, said  truck driver Junrie Villacuatro lost control of the vehicle as it was traversing a downhill road around 8:30 a.m. in Barangay GSIS.

As a result, the truck rammed into a house owned by Renato Capinpin.

Villacuatro, truck helper Carlo Baluyo and Capinpin sustained injuries and were rushed to a hospital, here.  SFM/rga
