8 druggies rearrested

Eight of 13 drug suspects who bolted a detention cell in Camp Olivas, Pampanga, on Sunday surrendered to the police on Monday and Tuesday.

Five were turned over by their families to Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) agents and policemen in Balagtas town in Bulacan while three others surrendered to PDEA. —TONETTE OREJAS
