MANILA, Philippines—Angel Capili Jr., the suspect in killing Ricky Pempengco, the estranged father of international singer Charice Pempengco, is on his way to San Pedro police headquarters from Camp Crame in Quezon City.
Capili, who surrendered to barangay (village) officials around 2 p.m. Thursday, will be turned over to the Laguna provincial police.
