Cebu City Charter Day
The capital of Cebu province celebrates its 80th charter day, a special nonworking day in the city. Activities such as a civic parade and cultural presentations will be held at the Cebu City Hall.

Panagbenga Festival Grand Street Parade
A monthlong flower festival in Baguio City, Benguet province. “Panagbenga” comes from the indigenous language Kankanaey, which means “season of blooming.” The locals and tourists participate in different activities that celebrate the history, traditions and values of the city and the Cordillera region.
