Missing: Have you seen Mark?

Mark Anthony Muceros, 31, who has been diagnosed with autism and also suffers from epilepsy, has been missing since Oct. 25.

He was last seen in a red T-shirt with the words “Vatta’s Meat Dealer,” a pair of checkered brown shorts and blue Islander slippers.
