21-year-old-man found floating along Cagayan river

CABAGAN, Isabela — The body of a 21-year-old man was found floating along the Cagayan river in Casibarag Sur here on Wednesday (Feb. 8).

The remains of Elmer Abnaway, who was employed by a land developer in Delfin Albano town, were found by fishermen, according to Chief Insp. Melanio Vinoray, Cabagan police chief.

Abnaway was a native of Malapatan, Sarangani Province, and was last seen on February 3 in Delfin Albano. The victim was brought to the funeral parlor for autopsy.  SFM
