MANILA, Philippines — Three security guards were hurt when armed men attacked their agency in Agusan del Sur Tuesday, Superintendent Martin Gamba, Caraga police spokesman said Wednesday.
Gamba said that the unidentified suspects opened fire at the Earth Saver Security Agency in Purok 11 in Bayugan 3 village, Rosario town at around 6 p.m., injuring three security personnel.
The suspects used an M203 grenade launcher, said Gamba.
The victims were rushed to the D.O. Plaza Memorial Hospital in Patin-ay village, Prosperidad town.
Gamba said that Rosario town police were conducting an investigation.
