Clouds, rain over parts of Luzon — Pagasa

Metro Manila, and the provinces of Isabela, Aurora, Rizal and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rain and isolated thunderstorms on Wednesday, the weather bureau said.

The northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

Cloudy skies with light rain will prevail over the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, rest of Cagayan Valley and the rest of Central Luzon, Pagasa said.
