Clouds and isolated rain are expected all over the country on Thursday as the amihan or northeast monsoon began to affect the entire archipelago, the weather bureau said.

Light rain is expected over Metro Manila, the regions of Cagayan Valley, Ilocos, Cordillera, Central Luzon, Eastern and Central Visayas, Caraga, Davao and the province of Quezon, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

Meanwhile, light to moderate rain is forecast over Aurora, Pagasa added.

The entire archipelago will have moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast, with moderate to rough seas. CBB
