SAN MATEO, Isabela – Three men were shot and killed by two motorcycle-riding gunmen on Tuesday night in Barangay (village) 4.

The gunmen barged into a house and shot Neil Ryan Esquivel, 19, Rexon Pascua, 30, and Allan del Barbasa, 27, who earlier surrendered to the police after admitting he had transacted in illegal drugs, said Chief Insp. Emil Pajarillo, San Mateo police chief.

Barbasa and Pascua were declared dead on arrival at a local hospital while Esquivel died during surgery.

Pajarillo said Barbasa was suspected of supplying Isabela with narcotics he purchased from Manila. CDG
