LOOK: DOJ reso on Korean businessman’s slay

Here is a copy of the Department of Justice (DOJ) resolution which was the basis for filing kidnapping for ransom with homicide case against seven people including two police officers and several John Does for the death of Korean national Jee Ick Joo.

This same resolution detailed how the victim was killed inside Camp Crame, the Philippine National Police (PNP) headquarters. RAM/rga
