Drug pusher posing as cop nabbed in Pampanga

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO — Police arrested a suspected drug pusher who was caught wearing a police uniform.

Frederic Bacani, 40, was collared in Mabalacat City, Pampanga, on Friday, according to a belated police report.

Cases for usurpation of authority and violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act were filed against Bacani, Chief Supt. Aaron Aquino, Central Luzon police director, said.

Bacani, of Barangay Sta. Teresita in Angeles City, donned the uniform of a police commissioned officer.

A pistol was tucked in his waist when he was nabbed in a hotel in Mabalacat City.

Among the things that police reported finding in his possession were 15 sachets of suspected shabu, a weighing scale, a pair of scissors and a gun. CBB
