The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) Executive Committee on Tuesday approved a 30% ticket discount for students, senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs) in order to ensure the success of MMFF 2016.
It is one of the promotional activities the movie producers suggested to “attract more viewers to watch all the entries in the Festival.”
In cooperation with the cinemas and other stakeholders of the movie industry, the MMFF Executive Committee agreed on the 30% for students, senior citizens, and PWDs.
The Execom explained that the discount is going to be implemented only starting on the third day of the Festival — on December 27, 2016 until January 3, 2017.
