Malacañang on Tuesday assured Filipinos that President Rodrigo Duterte is well despite his complaints about his health.
“There’s really, absolutely nothing to worry about,” Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella told reporters.
“What is really being mentioned is part of wear and tear. But he’s okay,” he said.
Abella said Duterte is fit and that “he likes the job” of being the President.
During the Wallace Business Forum in Malacañang on Monday, Duterte said that he has been experiencing migraine daily and that he has “a lot of issues with (his) spinal.”
