Couple face arson raps for Pasig fire
10 homes razed
A man and his live-in partner were arrested after allegedly starting the two-hour fire that gutted their house and nine others in Barangay Rosario, Pasig City, on Monday night. Peter John Andaman, a 26-year-old tricycle driver, and Fatima Grace Co remained in detention as of Tuesday and are set to be charged with arson in the city prosecutor’s office today.
The fire broke out at 9:15 p.m. inside Rodriguez compound in Tramo, causing damage to property estimated at P500,000. —JODEE A. AGONCILLO
