MULTI-titled International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) shooters and University of Cebu (UC) Main Campus faculty members Nelson Aldrich Esguerra, Joavanni Pacaldo and Danilo Larona spearheaded UC’s College of Criminal Justice students in an IDPA tactical shooting and training course last Oct. 21 at the Tawason firing range in Mandaue City.

The program follows the IDPA shooting platform which is adopted by most of the country’s law enforcement agencies.

A total of 56 students completed the said course, which was composed of three different stages or courses of fire highlighting different scenarios.
