Two bodies whose heads were wrapped in packaging tape turned up on Diokno Boulevard in Pasay City on Monday night, nearly a week after two other bodies were found in the area.

Barangay watchman Rolly Plazo discovered the bodies at 9:50 p.m. on Monday near the Manila Film Center at the Cultural Center of the Philippines complex, PO3 Alfredo Barangas Jr. said.

The victims’ hands were also tied with packaging tape. One of the victims was wearing a green shirt and blue shorts while the other was wearing a black shirt and black shorts.

The bodies were brought to Rizal Funeral Homes for autopsy. Last Tuesday, two bodies whose hands and heads were also wrapped in packaging tape were discovered on Diokno Boulevard corner Gil Puyat Avenue Extension.

They were later identified as Eduardo Dimapilis, jobless and Nicandro Talavera, 40, driver, both residents of Tramo Street and known drug users and robbers, SPO1 Dennis Desalisa said in his report.
